Discuss barriers we had to overcome to implement a homegrown self-service password reset tool and what we've learned since adopting it. Mention the impact it's had on our call volume and workload as well as unexpected but related changes. Touch on the going-forward aspects (such as now there's no default password) and why we needed this so much (we began implementing a policy that limited password life to 180 days).
